Led concept and user experience design direction including a complex State healthcare exchange under the ACA for Deloitte. Responsibilities included creating usability requirements from user research to then rapidly prototyping a well-designed interface – and conducting usability testing for detailed feedback and input. I then crafted human-centered design approaches to deliver easy-to-use user-interfaces for customer-facing applications and campaigns.

Crafted and managed interaction and visual design for Turner Broadcastings DMT (Digital Media Technologies). Led the user-experience and visual development for DMT’s proprietary Enterprise-level platform CMS software. The CMS powers Turner’s online properties including CNN.com, and Sports Illustrated. I research and proposed an architectural evolution for a legacy CMS powering Turner’s entertainment properties including CartoonNetwork.com, TBS.com and TNT.com.
